HOW TO ORDER

The easiest way to order is to do so right here on our secure server.  Just place the items you want in your shopping cart.  When you’ve found everything you’re looking for, click on the “Check Out” button and follow the instructions from there.  You will be notified automatically when we receive your order.

If you don’t feel comfortable ordering over the web, that’s okay.   Please click here to download a copy of our current order form.  Fill out the form and place your order in one of the following ways:

1. 24 hour fax – 203-743-4389.  Just jot your order down and send it on over.  Please remember to include the following information.  (If you don’t, it’s just going to slow things down and you won’t get your stamps as fast.)  We need your Name, Street Address, City, State and Zip Code, Daytime Phone Number, Credit Card Number and its Expiration Date. (We cannot process credit cards without the correct expiration date)
2. Mail Order.  Our street address is:

    3.   Toll Free Order Line – 1-888-792-3740.  We are available to take your call Monday thru Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.  

DELIVERY TIME

  We can usually ship your order within 3 to 4 days.  Sometimes sooner.  Please add ample shipping time from Connecticut before you begin looking for your order.  (We know you’re in a hurry and we really try to get you your order as soon as possible!)   It can take 10 to 14 days to receive your order.

UNMOUNTED STAMPS

   DRS Designs unmounted stamps are sold as rubber only.  No cushion or mount is included.  Rubber die is rough cut around image.  Unmounted stamps are sold at 1/2 price of mounted version.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  We will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Money Orders and personal checks for payment of your order.  Please be aware that you will be charged $25.00 for any check returned unpaid by your financial institution.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  We will accept your returns of unused merchandise for up to 30 days from our invoice date.  Simply send the item(s) along with a note explaining your reason for return to:

We will issue you a refund or credit your charge account as soon as possible.  We suggest that you use a shipping service which will track your returns progress.  DRS Designs is not responsible for return items lost in the mail.

ANGEL POLICY

  DRS Designs is pleased to be an Angel Company.  We encourage our customers to use our designs to create hand made items for which to sell.  You do not need to contact us for permission.  We would appreciate recognition of our designs.
